Primary Care South, Inc. is owned by our President, Michael T. Patton, D.O. FACOI, Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician. He graduated from the University of Health Science-COM in Kansas City, Missouri, or the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. He completed his internship at Carraway Methodist Medical Center, and his residency at Sun Coast Hospital in Largo, Florida, which is an affiliate of Nova Southeastern.
Since his certification, Dr. Michael Patton has worked under four different practices:

- Internal Medicine Of Shelby, P.C. in Birmingham, Alabama
- Narrows Health and Wellness in Birmingham, Alabama
- Urgent Care South, Inc. in Warrior, Alabama
