Michael T. Patton, DO, FACOI, is a board-certified osteopathic internist for and the founder of Primary Care South. He has over 20 years of experience serving his community as an exceptional primary care physician. He also loves to travel and spend time with his family when not taking care of patients.

Nurse Practitioner
Matthew Patton, APRN - FNPC
Matthew is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Primary Care South and Rural Primary Care South in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. Prior to his work as an NP, he served as an ER Nurse. He also has degree in Sports Medicine from Samford University. He is passionate about providing holistic care to his patients and helping equip them to achieve their best health outcomes.
Physician Assistant
Richard Magana, PA
Richard Magana is a Physician Assistant and graduate of Nova Southeastern. He began his career as a surgical tech in the OR, and now treats a number of urgent care illnesses and injuries. He specializes in urgent care illness, flu or cold symptoms, sprains and strains, adult vaccinations and minor accidents or injuries.
Nurse Practitioner
Lindsay Entrekin, APRN
Lindsay Entrekin, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Originally from Jackson, MS, she became a RN after moving to Destin, FL and has experience in the OR, Oncology and ICU. After several years in the ICU, she became a Family Nurse Practitioner, and worked with mental health and patient's with chronic pain. Lindsay has a passion for advocating for her patients and helping them be the best version of themselves. She looks forward to getting to know each patient at Primary Care South.
When Lindsay is not in clinic she enjoys quality time with family and friends, going to the beach, eating at local restaurants, traveling, and loving on her animals Nola (dog) and Mr. Pickles (cat).
