Beginning March 02, 2026, All Scheduled and Walk-in Primary Care South patients will check in at the Rear Entrance of the building: 5551 US 98, Suite 2.

Our new hours of operation will be:
Monday thru Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
We will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
We will be closed Sunday, March 1st.

All Primary Care South patients will continue to check in at the front entrance thru February 27th. As of March 2nd, the front office will be under new management.

We offer X-ray imaging, but we do not offer advanced imaging. (MRI or CT)

Do I have to make an appointment?
If you are a primary care patient or are seeking to establish care to become a primary care patient, please schedule with our front desk.
We do accept walk-in patients for more immediate care needs. You can sign in online or just walk in to the clinic.

We accept most major insurance plans. Please give us a call if you have any insurance or billing related questions.
